Voorbeschermd gemeentelijk monument: een zaak of terrein waarvan het voornemen tot aanwijzing als gemeentelijk monument aan de zakelijk gerechtigden bekend is gemaakt. De bescherming is gelijk aan die van definitief aangewezen gemeentelijke monumenten. Deze bescherming is opgenomen in Hoofdstuk 3 van de Erfgoedverordening gemeente Eindhoven (zie https://lokaleregelgeving.overheid.nl/CVDR685234/1). Voorbescherming geldt ook voor zaken of terreinen die als voorlopig gemeentelijk monument zijn aangewezen. Een voorbeschermd gemeentelijk monument is bij de legenda-eenheid ‘Voorbescherming’ meegenomen. In het veld ‘Toelichting status’ kan worden gezien of het een voorbeschermd gemeentelijk monument of voorbeschermd cultuurhistorisch waardevol object betreft.


Voorbeschermd cultuurhistorisch waardevol object: een onroerende zaak waarvan het voornemen tot aanwijzing als cultuurhistorisch waardevol object aan de zakelijk gerechtigden bekend is gemaakt. De bescherming is gelijk aan die van definitief aangewezen cultuurhistorische waardevol objecten. Het gaat om een sloopbescherming in de vorm van een sloopvergunningplicht zoals opgenomen in artikel 20 van de Erfgoedverordening gemeente Eindhoven. Een voorbeschermd cultuurhistorisch waardevol object is bij de legenda-eenheid ‘Voorbescherming’ meegenomen. In het veld ‘Toelichting status’ kan worden gezien of het een voorbeschermd gemeentelijk monument of voorbeschermd cultuurhistorisch waardevol object betreft.


Gebouw of object in onderzoek: een zaak of terrein waarvoor op dit moment onderzoek naar de cultuurhistorische en monumentale waarden wordt gedaan. Er gelden nog geen bescherming en/of extra regelingen voor gebouwen en objecten in onderzoek. Een onderzoekstraject naar cultuurhistorische en monumentale waarden wordt afgerond met een collegebesluit waarin wordt besloten of de zaak of het terrein wel of niet wordt aangewezen als gemeentelijk monument, dan wel als cultuurhistorisch waardevol object. Een gebouw of object in onderzoek is bij de legenda-eenheid ‘In onderzoek’ opgenomen.
